Bazaar Vendor Information and Registration

 

Vendors are most welcome to participate in the Muslim FunFest Bazaar. We had over 10,000 people come out to the 4th Annual Muslim FunFest last year. This year we are anticipating about 12,000 people insha'Allah!

A single vending space is an area of 8 feet by 6 feet (48 square feet total). Vendors may bring their own 6ft or 8ft tables and chairs OR rent tables and chairs from us. Register and pay before April 30th and receive a discount on our Vendor space fees. Prices will go up after April 30th! Please complete the “Vendor Registration Form” by clicking on the appropriate tab below to access the form. The last day to register and pay is May 21st.

Similar to last year, this year vendors will select their vending space(s) when submitting their Vendor Registration Form.

 


Bazaar Vending Fees

The following discount prices are only available to Vendors who register and pay by April 30th. Prices will go up afterwards.
One 8ft by 6ft Vending Space* $160 (Discounted to $150 if you register and pay before April 30th)
Two 8ft by 6ft Vending Spaces* $300 (Discounted to $280 if you register and pay before April 30th)
Rental: One Table & one Chair$15 (Table Size is 8ft by 30 inches)
Rental: Two Tables & two Chairs$30 (Table Size is 8ft by 30 inches each)





 



*Table not included in the price.  Only one table and/or clothes rack is allowed for each vending space.

Note: The last day to register is May 21st in order to vend at the event.


Steps To Become a Bazaar Vendor!

Registering and Paying online is a simple 4-step process!

  1. Fill out the Bazaar Vendor Registration Form in the "Vendor Registration Form / Payment" tab above.
  2. Before you fill out the form, you will see the vendor space diagram.  Choose the space(s) you would like to reserve by clicking on the space number and confirming whether you want to rent a table or not.  When you're finished, click the "Next" button at the bottom to move onto the registration form.  You can always go back and change your vending space by clicking the "Back to Bazaar Spaces Diagram" button at the top of the form.
  3. Complete and submit the registration form.
  4. Once you submit the form you'll be re-directed to the payment page.

This Diagram shows the Bazaar spaces that are currently available. To select a space, click on a numbered space that is marked as unreserved. Once clicked, you will see the space price displayed at the top of the diagram with the option of renting a table & chair from us. You can select more than one Vendor space. Once you have made your selections, click the “Next” button at the bottom right of the diagram.

Vending Rules

  1. The last day to register is May 21st in order to vend at the event.
  2. Vendors will purchase their vendor space(s) on a first come first serve basis prior to the event.
  3. All vendor space selections are final and must be done prior to event date.
  4. All vendors must report to the vendor sign-in table when they arrive on May 26th between 8am and 12pm.
  5. The set-up time for vendors is from 8am to 12pm on May 26th.
  6. Vendors who come after 12pm on May 26th will not be allowed to vend...NO Exceptions.
  7. All offered services and products for sale, display, or distribution must be Islamically permissible. The Muslim FunFest staff reserve the right to have items removed from sale at its discretion and/or terminate the vendor's registration without advanced notice or warning either prior to or on the day of the Muslim FunFest.   8. No Food or drink vending is permitted in the Bazaar or anywhere else on the event grounds during the Muslim FunFest.
  9. Any type of henna or imprinting services is not allowed without prior written approval from the Muslim FunFest Committee. Face painting is NOT allowed.
  10. Each vendor space is approximately 8 feet by 6 feet (a total of 48 square feet). Vendor space boundaries will be marked and vendors are required to keep all of their items (including table and/or clothes rack) within their purchased space(s). Only one clothes rack OR one table will be allowed per each vendor space.
  11. Tents, canopies, and other set-up equipment other than tables and clothes racks must be pre-approved in writing by the Muslim FunFest Committee by May 25th...NO exceptions.
  12. Equipment and products should not obstruct other vendors and the walk ways.
  13. Balloons or other inflatable items are NOT allowed without prior written approval from the Muslim FunFest Committee by May 21st.
  14. Flyers, postcards, business cards, or any other promotional material can NOT be distributed or passed out outside of the Bazaar area.
  15. Solicitations for donations are not allowed. Vendors are not allowed to have any signs, boxes, and/or containers written with the word “Donations” (or any other term(s)/phrase(s) that carries the same meaning) on display in any area of the Bazaar or elsewhere on the Muslim FunFest grounds...NO EXCEPTIONS.
  16. Vendor fees are non-refundable after May 1st. A rain date will be given in case of cancellation.
  17. If the vendor instructions and rules are not followed, the Muslim FunFest reserves the right to have items removed from sale at its discretion and/or terminate the vendor's registration without advanced notice or warning.
