By the grace and will of Allah, the Muslim FunFest has become the largest outdoor Muslim family carnival on the East coast. Last year, we had about 10,000 people come out to the event. This year we are anticipating 12,000 people at the Muslim FunFest, insha’Allah. To achieve this massive turn out the Muslim FunFest team engages in an aggressive marketing campaign, reaching out to the vast majority of Masajid, Muslim businesses/organizations, and Muslim homes all throughout Maryland, Washington DC, and Northern Virginia.

The 5th Annual Muslim FunFest offers a great opportunity to promote your business to the 250,000 Muslims residing all across the Metro DC area and give your business the exposure it deserves!

Steps To Become A Sponsor

View and Select one or more of the "Business Sponsor Levels" given in the chart below. You can also view a detailed description of each level in the above "Sponsor Levels" tab.
Register your sponsorship with the Muslim FunFest. You can do so in one of two ways:
- Fill out and pay online using the "Sponsorship Form & Payment" tab. After sending your payment, submit your advertisements by completing the form using the "Submit Sponsor Ads Here" tab
- Download the "Sponsorship Form" by clicking here and submitting the completed Sponsorship Form by emailing it to sponsors@muslimfunfest.com or fax it to 240-209-0702. Payment instructions are included in the form.

All business sponsor forms, full payments, & Ads must be received by May 4^th, 2012.

The following list is a detailed explanation of what you get with each sponsor package.
Diamond Sponsor ($2,000)

A Color Sign (30 inches Wide X 20 inches Tall) will be placed in front of the Helicopter, Camel, OR Zip Line rides. These three rides are our most popular attractions throughout all of the FunFest.
A ½ page Color Ad will be placed in the Muslim Link newspaper Marketplace section for your business / organization for 1½ months (3 issues). You also get a Coupon in the Marketplace section and Free Ad Design (that’s a $530 value!). Remember, the Muslim Link Newspaper prints 6,000 copies bi-weekly and is distributed year-round all over the DC Metro Area.
An advertisement will be placed in the MFF Informational Pamphlet, which is distributed to thousands of MFF attendees during the FunFest.
A promotional announcement will be made about your business / organization using our event wide audio system.
A Full Page Advertisement (9.5 inches Wide X 10.7 inches Tall) will be placed in the Muslim FunFest Times newspaper. Business will supply the Ad based on the Ad Dimension Requirements given below. Before the event, 6,000 copies of the FunFest Times newspaper will be distributed to area Masajid, Businesses, and Organizations (that’s a $546 value!).
You will be given ten (10) Free Unlimited Ride Wristbands (that’s a $290 value!).
Your business logo or information will be placed on the Muslim FunFest website as a sponsor.
Your business card or flyer will be placed on our “Information Table” at the event (located in the Wristband Sales / Registration area). You, the business/organization owner, will be responsible for providing the flyers and/or business cards to be placed on the Information Table. All materials must be handed over to the Musilm FunFest no later than 5:30pm on May 21st, 2012. Materials given after May 21st, 2012 will not be accepted and sponsors will not be given a refund (either total or partial). Please email sponsors@muslimfunfest.com to schedule a time to drop off your materials.

Platinum Sponsor ($1,000)

A Color Sign (30 inches Wide X 20 inches Tall) will be placed in front of the Mind Winder, Flying Dragon, Sand Storm, Turbo Tubs, or 26’ Rock Wall ride. These rides are all extremely popular, each one accommodating large numbers of children and adults throughout the event.
A ¼ page Color Ad will be placed in the Muslim Link newspaper Marketplace section for your business / organization for 1 month (2 issues). You also get a Coupon in the Marketplace section and Free Ad Design (that’s a $240 value!). Remember, the Muslim Link Newspaper prints 6,000 copies bi-weekly and is distributed year-round all over the DC Metro Area.
A ½ Page Advertisement (9.5 inches Wide by 5.3 inches Tall) will be placed in the Muslim FunFest Times newspaper. Business will supply the Ad based on the Ad Dimension Requirements given below. Before the event, 6,000 copies of the FunFest Times newspaper will be distributed to area Masajid, Businesses, and Organizations (that’s a $363 value!).
You will be given seven (7) Free Unlimited Ride Wristbands (that’s a $203 value!).
Your business logo or information will be placed on the Muslim FunFest website as a sponsor.
Your business card or flyer will be placed on our “Information Table” at the event (located in the Wristband Sales / Registration area). You, the business/organization owner, will be responsible for providing the flyers and/or business cards to be placed on the Information Table. All materials must be handed over to the Musilm FunFest no later than 5:30pm on May 21st, 2012. Materials given after May 21st, 2012 will not be accepted and sponsors will not be given a refund (either total or partial). Gold Sponsor ($650)

A Color Sign (30 inches Wide X 20 inches Tall) will be placed in front of the Dunk Tank or one of the Inflatable Rides. These rides are all very popular, each one accommodating large numbers of children and adults throughout the event.
A ¼ page Advertisement (4.65 inches Wide by 5.3 inches Tall) will be placed in the Muslim FunFest Times newspaper. Business will supply the Ad based on the Ad Dimension Requirements given below. Before the event, 6,000 copies of the FunFest Times newspaper will be distributed to area Masajid, Businesses, and Organizations (that’s a $272 value!).
You will be given five (5) Free Unlimited Ride Wristbands (that’s a $145 value!).
Your business logo or information will be placed on the Muslim FunFest website as a sponsor.
Your business card or flyer will be placed on our “Information Table” at the event (located in the Wristband Sales / Registration area). You, the business/organization owner, will be responsible for providing the flyers and/or business cards to be placed on the Information Table. All materials must be handed over to the Musilm FunFest no later than 5:30pm on May 21st, 2012. Silver Sponsor ($350)

A 1/8 page Advertisement (4.65 inches Wide by 2.6 inches Tall) will be placed in the Muslim FunFest Times newspaper. Business will supply the Ad based on the Ad Dimension Requirements given below. Before the event, 6,000 copies of the FunFest Times newspaper will be distributed to area Masajid, Businesses, and Organizations (that’s a $155 value!).
Your business logo or information will be placed on the Muslim FunFest website as a sponsor. You, the business/organization owner, will be responsible for providing the flyers and/or business cards to be placed on the Information Table. All materials must be handed over to the Musilm FunFest no later than 5:30pm on May 21st, 2012. Materials given after May 21st, 2012 will not be accepted and sponsors will not be given a refund (either total or partial). Before the event, 6,000 copies of the FunFest Times newspaper will be distributed to area Masajid, Businesses, and Organizations. Ad Formatting is an extra $25.
